Before starting Ivory Owl HR, I worked in the social sector and the startup ecosystem - two very different environments that have a lot in common when it comes to making the most of limited resources, solving complex problems and working towards an audacious vision.
My experience across both taught me to look beyond textbook approaches and focus on solutions shaped by each organization’s challenges, goals and purpose.
I bring that mindset, along with five years of learning from my independent consulting work, to every project we take on at Ivory Owl HR. We combine practical problem solving with strategic thinking to build organizations that can sustain their work over time.
Apeksha Bangera
I’m an HR Associate with a background in UI/UX and graphic design. My experience in design taught me to understand people, their needs, and different perspectives, which naturally drew me towards HR.
At Ivory Owl Consulting, I contribute to our recruitment services end-to-end, designing policies and streamlining processes. I bring a fresh perspective to the way I approach challenges and communicate ideas.
I’m especially interested in contributing to work that is thoughtful, people-focused, and adds real value to growing organisations.
